1 spacious chalet  in the tiny hamlet of Juns, with a superb free shuttle bus service to the whole of the Zillertal region including closest of all the HINTERTUX glacier area with snow clad runs 12 months of the year.  Our first trip to Austria enables us to  beat the huge rise in prices for this half term week in our usual French destinations. THIS TRIP IS LIMITED TO AROUND 20 GUESTS – unless we take on extra accommodation nearby if requested – should it be  available!

Ski Area

Hintertux is served by  a recently developed  3 stage cable car system and the area as a whole covers over 200 kms with over 50 lifts, with every possible type of slope available!

Accomodation

Chalet is situated in a quiet but central location in Jun's with very good access to the Ski and Glacier Zillertal 3000 The Tux bus stops about 50 meters away from the house (walk through the garden) and takes  10-minutes to the Hintertux glacier (5.5 km) and to Lanersbach (about 1.5 km, entering the Zillertal 3000 ski area above the Eggalmbahn) or to Vorderlanersbach. Shops can be found in Lanersbach, après ski in Hintertux is about 5 km, the main town of Mayrhofen is only about 12 km or 15 minutes by car. Please check out more Photos of the Chalets
